After an acquisition, responsibilities between headquarters and regional teams were unclear, risking delays in bidding and project execution.
My Intervention
I created a coordination matrix defining which headquarters functions must be involved at each stage of bidding and execution.

The organization stabilized quickly, duplication was removed, and execution became significantly more efficient.
MAN Energy Solutions — Multi-Entity Bid Alignment

Following a merger of five entities, engineering and commercial teams continued operating independently, leading to inconsistent proposals and delays.
My Intervention
I aligned bidding structures across entities and introduced structured involvement of centralized specialist teams such as legal, export control, and insurance.
